How Bali Brothers Construction Came To Life
Bali Brothers Construction began with a simple question: what would it look like if a construction company treated the client experience with the same care as the finished home?
Brothers Rohit and Akaash grew up in a working‑class family where humility, honesty, and hard work were non‑negotiable. Those values shaped how they saw business long before they poured their first footing. When they entered the construction industry, they saw the same patterns repeat: unclear numbers, shifting timelines, and clients feeling like they were always a step behind what was happening on site.
They set out to build something different. Drawing on their combined strengths in construction, finance, and operations, they created a company grounded in clear systems, strong financial foundations, and a very simple promise: deliver exceptional homes and spaces, and make the process feel just as considered as the final result.
Rohit Bali
Core Founder & Project Manager
Rohit’s passion for construction started when he saw the first single-family home being built in his neighbourhood and curiously observed at how it all came together. That curiosity led Rohit to learn more about the construction process and become a Licensed Residential Home Builder through BC Housing a few years later. A Sauder School of Business graduate, Rohit brings tremendous value and experience; as a project manager, he has successfully completed many large scale renovation and construction projects. Rohit’s commitment to adhering to the highest quality standards, providing outstanding client service, and doing things the right way allows him to oversee each aspect of construction, ensuring it meets the highest standard. When Rohit is not busy helping clients or managing projects, he enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends.

With a strong passion for helping businesses grow through thoughtful planning, and creative content, Payal helps bring the brand’s vision to life online. Akaash Bali
Owner And Project Manager
Akaash is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who has experience working in public practice and private real estate companies. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, Akaash began his career articling at KPMG. At KPMG, Akaash audited private companies in the automotive, technology, and manufacturing industries. Akaash obtained his CPA designation in 2018 and has held various accounting roles with companies such as Hungerford Properties and LMS Reinforcing Steel Group. Outside of work, Akaash co-founded Young Investor Program Canada, an organization that runs free financial literacy programs for high school students. When Akaash is not busy managing construction projects, he enjoys being outdoors, driving exotic cars, and drinking wine and scotch.

Once on board, we coordinate their schedules and materials so their work integrates seamlessly into the overall project plan.

Young Investor Program Canada
Outside of construction, Rohit and Akaash are committed to building something else that matters: financial confidence for young people. In 2013, they co‑founded Young Investor Program Canada, a free initiative that teaches high school students the foundations of money management, investing, and smart financial decisions.
Since then, the program has reached more than 500 students across Canada and earned the Nova Star Award in recognition of its impact. The same belief in informed choices and long‑term thinking that drives this program also guides how we advise and support our clients through major building and renovation decisions.
