Before we hand over the keys, we walk the home extensively. We carry out inspections at key milestones, complete detailed deficiency checks, and conduct a final walkthrough with you, making sure all touch-ups are completed and every detail meets the agreed standard before you move in.

Handover & Homeowner Care

After completion, we don’t disappear. We remain available for long-term homeowner support and provide a detailed Homeowner & Maintenance Manual binder containing product information, manuals, and maintenance guidelines, so you have everything you need to care for your new home with confidence.
